'Maths Week' is going well at the College, today our year 8 pupils competed against hundreds of schools across Ireland, our pupils were fantastic. Also pictured are some of our winners from the darts competitions. Darts is a great way of practicing mental maths strategies such as doubling, tripling, counting on/counting back and partitioning. We finish the week with the 'St Mary's Big Fat Math's Quiz of the Year' for all key stage 3 pupils, tomorrow. Well done mathaletes.
